When a new product is launched, demand is usually high in the first period and deliveries can be somewhat uncertain. If you want to be sure to receive a new product as soon as possible, we offer pre-orders.

First come, first served

We want to be fair and always deliver on a first come, first served basis. This means that you receive your item in the order in which the orders were received. Please note that if you do not have credit with us, the item must be paid for before we deliver it, and we therefore recommend that you pay well in advance of the expected arrival of the goods.

Right to cancel

When you have pre-ordered an item, you can cancel your order until we have received the item. Since we order items based on demand, a cancellation fee may apply, as handling cancellations and stocking items that have been ordered in can involve a cost.

The cancellation fee is set at 15% of the item's value.
