Who can lease equipment?

Leasing is available to businesses and organizations, currently primarily in Sweden. A lease agreement requires a favorable credit assessment.

Can software be included in the lease agreement?

Yes. Software licenses—for example, for processing LiDAR and photogrammetry data—may be included in the same agreement as the hardware.

Can I lease products that don't have a price listed on the website?

Yes. We do not publish prices for several of our LiDAR systems. Please contact us, and we will provide you with both a price quote and a leasing offer.

How long is the contract term?

You can choose between 24, 36, 48, and 60 months. The longer the contract term, the lower the monthly cost. We'll help you find the option that best suits your business.

What happens when the contract expires?

The choice is yours. You can buy the equipment at its residual value, extend the contract, or let someone else buy it and lease new equipment instead.

How is the lease accounted for?

The lease payment is normally recorded as an ongoing expense. In the Nordic countries, small and medium-sized companies can in most cases choose not to recognise the leased equipment as an asset on the balance sheet, even under a finance lease. Companies reporting under IFRS 16, usually larger groups and listed companies, recognise leases on the balance sheet. The rules depend on your country and accounting framework, so check with your accountant what applies to you.
