Housegard Lith-EX AVD 500 ml is a specially developed fire extinguishing spray designed to combat fires in lithium-ion batteries at an early stage. It is particularly suitable for environments where battery-powered equipment is used and charged, such as drones, handheld devices, battery storage facilities, and other professional electronics.
The fire extinguishing spray contains the innovative AVD (Aqueous Vermiculite Dispersion) extinguishing agent, which effectively cools the battery, limits thermal runaway, and helps prevent the fire from spreading to adjacent battery cells.
AVD is a third-party-tested extinguishing agent for lithium-ion batteries and is used to reduce the risk associated with battery fires.
