Description of Dronavia Kronos Matrice 4D

The Dronavia Kronos M4D is a parachute (PRS) and Flight Termination System (FTS) for the DJI Matrice 4D series. It is compatible with Matrice 4D and Matrice 4TD. The PRS is MoC 2512 compliant and the FTS is MoC 2511 compliant, making it possible to use in a SORA for M2 mitigation and enhanced containment.

Compliant with MoC 2511 and MoC 2512

This system is fully tested and meets the requirements of MoC 2511 - Enhanced Containment and MoC 2512 - M2 Mitigation. These conformances mean you can reduce the final risk levels and achieve a lower SAIL value for your operation, making it easier to obtain an operating permit for that specific operation.

Connect to FlightHub 2

By connecting to the drone's SDK port, you can connect and control the Dronavia Kronos M4D from DJI FlightHub 2.

Retains your payload capacity and RTK

With the Dronavia Kronos Matrice 4D installed, you can still use additional payload in the front top mounting position of your drone. It is installed in the center of the drone and does not interfere with the RTK module or signal, ensuring that you can still fly with high positional accuracy.

Fast autonomous triggering

The Kronos system has a fast autonomous trigger time of only 0.27 seconds in the unlikely event that your drone encounters problems. This is significantly faster than the average of 3 seconds for a manual trigger by a human. If you still need to trigger the system manually, you can either trigger it in Flighthub or through a manual trigger mounted on the remote control (if you are flying with RC Plus).

Does not affect DJI's product warranty

With this system, you still retain your original DJI warranty on the drone. You just need to remove the PRS/FTS before sending it to DJI for warranty repair.
